I have taken LIC policy no.255733114 Branch -I Model Town Ghazibad U.P. in 2010.My monthly primimum Rs. 817/ were going on through ECS from my saving A/c 10972255744 of SBI Kavi nagar Ghazibad.Suddenly without any infomation by SBi or LIC my ECS stopped in March 2011 after 12 month while I have sufficient amountin my A/C. One day I checked my bankstatement then I found my ECS is not going to LIC.Then I contact to my Branch of SBI they told LIC have changed the utility code& not informed us & our primium of28th March 2011 also returned back .Then I have contacted to concerned agent they enquired in LIC branch they informed that as per branch your policy lapced due to not reaching premium from Bank.So You follow all procedure as in New Policies. I am Dy. Director at Ministry of water Reseorces & Quite busy. I am ready to pay the ballance amount & fresh ECS form & also gave same to to my agent .What is my fault. It is fault on the part of LIC.It is requested that kindly enquired & regularise my policiy no.255733114.

my policy no is 589331241 I was paid my premium(1440.5) on 1/04/2012 through my ICICI net banking the amount was deducted but im unable to see my premium paid statement. it shows (01/04/2012-31/03/2013 Premium history is not available for this policy).

I have oped for growth policy vide proposal No. 2151 dated 25.07.2007 @ of Rs. 5,000/- and have paid till 25.10.2010. amounting to Rs. 30,000/- I have surrendered and the policy and did not get what I have paid I have received around 28,000/-. I did not get the amount what I have paid nor the interst and just loss.
